Peak season vs low season

Peak season at the Science Centre is during the school holidays between June to August. During this time, you will find the place to be more crowded than at other times of the year. If you visit during this time, make sure to get your tickets in advance and visit on a weekday morning.

How long should I spend at Science Centre Singapore?

Less than 1 hour

You can consider visiting the Omni Theatre. The Omni Theatre is a large-format cinema that shows educational films about nature, science, and space. Films typically last around 40 minutes, so you will have plenty of time to watch a film and still have time to explore other parts of the Science Centre if you wish.

1-2 hours

If you have 1-2 hours at Science Centre Singapore, we recommend visiting Snow City. This indoor snow park is a great place to cool off on a hot day or to experience winter weather if you're from a tropical country. You can go sledging, ride ice bumper cars, and build snowmen. Snow gear is available for rent.

3-4 hours

If you have 3-4 hours at Science Centre Singapore, we recommend visiting Snow City, KidsSTOP, and the Omni Theatre. This is enough time to experience all three of the main attractions. Spend between 30 mins to 1 hour at each attraction to get the full Science Centre experience.
